Please be kindly informed that in accordance with Article 24 and Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy”, a meeting of creditors of Imstalcon JSC will be held on November 07, 2019 at 11-00 a.m. at the address: Almaty, 140, Aimanov St., non-residential premises 58a.

The Agenda of the Meeting:
1. Regarding the cancellation of the right to manage the property and affairs of the debtor Imstalcon JSC by the owner of the debtor represented by the sole executive body, General Director Rezunov M.M.
2. Selection of Rehabilitation Manager.

Participants must have documents confirming the right to represent the interests of the creditor at the meeting of creditors.
