    The Rehabilitation Manager, in connection with the transfer of all the powers to manage Imstalcon JSC (in accordance with Paragraph 6-1 of Article 92 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Paragraph 2-1 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On joint-stock companies”, Sub-paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy”), it was decided to cancel holding of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Imstalcon JSC, scheduled for May 11, 2017 by the decision of the Board of Directors of Imstalcon JSC No. 310 dated April 06, 2017.
