Approve the annual financial statements of Imstalcon JSC for the reporting period ending on December 31, 2015, with a balance-sheet total of 49,437,684 thousand tenge, which was audited by the auditing company ALMIR CONSULTING LLP in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and which includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u041a\u043e\u043d\u0441\u043e\u043b\u0438\u0434\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u043e\u0442\u0447\u0435\u0442 \u043e \u0444\u0438\u043d\u0430\u043d\u0441\u043e\u0432\u043e\u043c \u043f\u043e\u043b\u043e\u0436\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0438 \u043f\u043e \u0441\u043e\u0441\u0442\u043e\u044f\u043d\u0438\u044e \u043d\u0430 \u043a\u043e\u043d\u0435\u0446 \u043e\u0442\u0447\u0435\u0442\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u043f\u0435\u0440\u0438\u043e\u0434\u0430;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Consolidated statement of financial position as of the end of the reporting period;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Consolidated statement of profit and loss for the period;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Consolidated statement of comprehensive income for the period;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Consolidated statement of changes in equity for the period;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Consolidated statement of cash flow for the period;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Notes to the consolidated financial statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. Before May 28, 2016 finalize the Imstalcon JSC Rehabilitation Plan and proceed to coordination with creditors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decision for the second issue of the Agenda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Due to the lack of net income of the Company for 2015 in accordance with the data of the consolidated financial statements, the net income of the Company for 2015 shall not be distributed and the dividends for 2015 shall not be paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decision for the third issue of the Agenda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. The work of the Imstalcon JSC Board of Directors and its members from May 21, 2015 to May 12, 2016 to be accepted unsatisfactory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2.
