Please be kindly informed that in accordance with Article 24 and Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy”, the meeting of creditors of Imstalcon JSC will be held on October 11, 2019 at 10-00 a.m. at the address: 140, Aimanov St., non-residential premises 58a, Almaty.

The Agenda of the Meeting:
1) Coordination of changes to the rehabilitation plan;
2) Information regarding introductions of amendments to the prospectus of Imstalcon JSC stock issue.

Participants must have documents confirming the right to represent the interests of the creditor at a meeting of creditors.
