Please be informed that in accordance with Article 24 and Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy” the meeting of creditors of «Imstalkon» JSC will be held on January 15, 2020 at 11-00 at the address: Almaty region, Aimanova Street 140, non-residential facility 58a.

The agenda of the meeting:

1. Introduction of amendments to a rehabilitation plan.

2. Introduction of amendments to the composition of the creditor’s committee.

Participants are required to have documents with them confirming the right to represent the interests of the creditor at a meeting of creditors.
