    OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

    The work on occupational health and safety at AO "Imstalkon" is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    The Company's policy is aimed at continuously improving occupational safety and health and complies with the requirements of international standards for environmental management ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety management OHSAS 18001.
    The Occupational Safety and Health Department of AO "Imstalcon" provides methodological guidance, coordinates the work of AO "Imstalcon" organizations and executive office units on labor protection and industrial hygiene issues, monitors the creation of safe and healthy conditions for employees, and ensures compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
    The Occupational Safety and Health Department regularly conducts an analysis of the causes of occupational injuries, studies and summarizes best practices in accident prevention, develops relevant recommendations based on this information, and informs the management of AO "Imstalcon" organizations accordingly.
